Program Director – Healing Harms: Restorative Justice Diversion
The Director of Healing Harms is a key member of the organization’s leadership team, overseeing the execution of CCEJ’s restorative justice diversion program, managing partnerships with government funders, law enforcement, youth and their families. The Director also supports the recruitment, supervision, development, and retention of Healing Harms staff, volunteers and independent contractors. The Director reports to the Vice President of Youth Leadership.

Restorative Justice Specialist – Healing Harms: Restorative Justice Diversion
The Restorative Justice Specialist will implement Restorative Justice practices in community-based settings with a wide range of partners, including police departments, district attorney offices, group homes, schools, and youth-based community organizations. This position supports the success of Healing Harms through a deep level of service and close stewarding of emerging projects that will increase the impact and quality of services. This position will carry a caseload of diversion referrals to provide intensive facilitation of conflict resolution processes for young people, families, and communities using Restorative Justice practices.
