Training, Coaching, & Conflict Facilitation for Institutional Transformation

CCEJ works to end oppression in the everyday institutions adults encounter inequities and conflict: workplaces, schools, universities, nonprofits, and communities.

Using training, coaching, and conflict facilitation, CCEJ builds the capacity and readiness of our partners to make real changes in their policies, practices, and shared culture. Our experiential and innovative programming for adults promotes stronger communication and healthier relationships, where no one is disposable, inequities are challenged, and conflict is healed in equitable and just ways.

To schedule a free consultation with CCEJ, please contact Sarah E. O. Howlett, Director, Training & Coaching for Justice at showlett@cacej.org or (562) 435-8184. We generally schedule phone consultations within 2 weeks of your inquiry.
