Leave the gift of equity and justice for the next generation
Do you share CCEJ’s vision of a world where people live free of oppression and thrive?
We invite you to make a planned gift and contribute to CCEJ’s sustainability and growth. With your generous support, we’ll continue to empower more youth and adults to lead change for equity and justice in our communities.
To talk more about the long lasting impact we are having on thousands of people a year, please contact Reena or Jessy. We’ll discuss the following planned giving options with you:
Designating CCEJ as a beneficiary in your trust or estate plan.
Making an annual gift through your IRA minimum distribution.
Donating stocks, bonds or other assets to CCEJ.
Make your plans today! Download our Pledge Form to share your wishes with us.
We are grateful to the generosity of the members of the CCEJ Founders Circle:

CCEJ’s Founders Fund
In 2005, CCEJ became an independent non-profit organization when the National Conference for Community and Justice (NCCJ - formerly known as the National Conference for Christians and Jews) dissolved. A group of visionary supporters with a deep commitment to CCEJ’s work established a Board-designated Fund (“The Founders Fund”) to support CCEJ’s programs and operations.
In 2025, we’ll be launching a campaign to grow this fund, helping CCEJ to sustain beloved programs such as Building Bridges Camp, and also expand and innovate to meet our community’s needs.
Contact us if you’d like to make a contribution to our campaign!
Leaving a Legacy
In late 2018, Long Beach, CA civil rights leader Gene Lentzner shared his story with the California Conference for Equality and Justice. Gene was a member of the CCEJ Board for more than 30 years and he & his wife Ann are members of our Founders Circle. Gene passed away in 2020, but his legacy of advocacy for inclusion and justice for all lives on.
