CCEJ’s Strategic Plan 2023-2027!
In October 2022, CCEJ formed a Strategic Planning Committee of 11 Board and staff members, supported by Margolis Consulting.
Phase 1: Stakeholder Engagement
In Fall 2022, CCEJ elicited input and ideas on CCEJ's structure, impact, successes, challenges and strategic opportunities. We held interviews, three focus groups, and disseminated an online survey to collect data from stakeholders.
Phase 2: Strategy Design and Development
In January 2023, CCEJ's staff and Board collaborated during a two-day retreat to reflect on stakeholder feedback, explore CCEJ's strategic priorities and develop our new vision and mission.
